About Me

Godwin Pinto (born 26 October 1986) is an Indian entrepreneur, digital strategist, and AI-powered technology innovator best known as the Co-Founder of Troika Tech Services and four other businesses under Troika Name and TTS umbrella. With a professional journey spanning over 21 years, Godwin has made pioneering contributions to Political Digital Marketing in India, AI-powered WordPress development, and global business transformation using technology, having executed projects across 47 cities and 9 countries.
Godwin was born in Kalina, Mumbai, to a multicultural and entrepreneurial family. His father, Paul Pinto, operated a successful Iron and Steel business in Mumbai and collaborated with renowned industrialists and personalities, including the Kapadia family (notably associated with Bollywood actor Dimple Kapadia). His mother, Josephine Pinto, is a respected educator with an international footprint, having worked with dignitaries including the ownership family of Khaleej Times in the UAE.
Academically gifted from an early age, Godwin completed his Bachelor of Science in Physics and Electronics from the prestigious St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai, where he consistently ranked among the top performers both at the departmental and university levels. He later earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from NMIMS, Mumbai—further enriching his foundation in business strategy, leadership, and emerging technologies.
Career Journey
Godwin's career began with retail giant Shoppers Stop, where he gained firsthand experience in consumer behavior and brand interaction. He then joined Mumbai Mirror, playing a marketing role during the newspaper's launch—an experience that shaped his understanding of media dynamics, content distribution, and public sentiment. In the corporate arena, he went on to work with Zenta, a BPO under the Hiranandani Group in Powai, where he handled Capital One's U.S. collections portfolio—a critical training ground in finance, compliance, and customer lifecycle management. His next milestone came with Hutchison 3G Australia (later Vodafone Australia), where he worked in both the Sales and Customer Support divisions during a transformative period for the Australian telecom industry. Godwin distinguished himself by winning several internal awards and recognition for: Resolving customer-impacting issues during the iPhone launch in Australia Contributing to the launch of unlimited plans and free postpaid handsets Supporting operational transitions from 3G to 4G Training and Coaching role during the Hutchison–Vodafone merger This exposure to international markets and high-stakes launches strengthened his capabilities in crisis management, systems design, and CX-focused transformation.
